Little more than a year since writing that Human Capital had just started filming in Italy, Ron Charles has updated his Washington Post piece in time for the film to open at New York's Tribeca Film Festival. Last February it was hard to believe that the film had actually gone into production--I am used to things falling apart at the last minute. Now, it has not only done well in its home country, but it has also sold to thirty other countries, even before its first festival appearance.
